• Be a high school senior 2009-2010 school year.
• Exhibit exceptional musicianship, marching achievement, character, and leadership.
• Be nominated before January 15, 2009 during their junior year.

ALL-AMERICAN NOMINEES submitted by MENC members receive free of charge*:

• An official All-American Nominee achievement certificate from MENC
• Listing on the High School All-American Nominee Web site as well as other MENC media
• A personal invitation to audition for 2010 All-American selection in their senior year and the chance to perform with the U.S. Army All-American Marching Band in San Antonio, TX January 2010.**
